AlgoAnimate ("we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated under the laws of the United States. Our registered address is 123 Tech Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered algorithm visualization service ("Service") available at https://algoanimate.tech (the "Website").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

1. Service Description

AlgoAnimate provides an AI-powered platform that generates visualizations of algorithms, mathematical concepts, and physics simulations. Our Service includes:

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans to access the Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at https://algoanimate.tech/pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time.

3.2 Auto-Renewal Authorization

By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize AlgoAnimate to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fees. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.

Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. For annual subscriptions, we will send a reminder before renewal.

3.3 Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). If required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes on your behalf.

Payment processing is handled by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Card data is not stored on our servers.

7. AI Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Output Content Ownership

Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced for you ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose consistent with Section 8.

7.2 Input Content License

By submitting content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant AlgoAnimate a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.

7.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependence

The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including DeepSeek. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.

7.4 AI Output Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output Content before relying on it.

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, research, and development activities.

Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

10.2 AI Content Disclaimer

⚠️ AI Generated Content Disclaimer: AI outputs from the Service may contain inaccuracies, incompleteness, or be outdated. Do not use them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before taking action based on AI content.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoAnimate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect during your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, you will receive a proportional refund for unused prepaid periods. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@algoanimate.tech.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Before initiating formal proceedings, please try to resolve issues informally by contacting legal@algoanimate.tech. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

13. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
